  1. The Kansas Corporation Commission completed a study in relation to Kansas City Power & Light and Westar Energy in December 2018.
     
  2. During the 2019 Legislature a study regarding Kansas electric rates was commissioned in Substitute for Senate Bill No. 69. The study was completed in two parts.
     
    1. The first part of the study was conducted and presented by London Economics International and made available in January 2020.
       
    2. The second phase of the study was completed by the AECOM and made available in July 2020.
