SUNDAY, AUG. 2

4-6 p.m. | Social at hotel’s M Lounge

NETWORKING — SPONSORS ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND

Description: Networking social at the Marriott Hotel. Our social sponsor will give a 5 minute welcome. There is no other formal program.

Who’s Invited:

All sponsors are invited to attend.
KEC staff.
KEC registered members (approximately 200 total).
We do not expect all members to attend at the same time. Many members attending Sunday’s workshop will stop in before they depart for the day. Members will also be arriving for Monday’s meeting during this time frame.
Some sponsors may take the opportunity to take cooperative members out to dinner following this event.

Networking: Network with conference attendees during social.

Food & Beverage: Finger foods and beverages will be served.

MONDAY, AUG. 3

Description: Monday’s meeting will be held in the Great Plains Ballroom.

Who’s Invited:

Sponsors are welcome to attend Monday meeting and lunch.
KEC staff.
KEC registered members (approximately 200 total).

Networking: Sponsors are encouraged to network with members Monday prior to the meeting, and breaks outside of the meeting room and during luncheon, times are outlined below:

7-8 a.m. — Networking before meeting.

7-7:30 a.m. | SUNDAY SOCIAL, HOTEL KEY CARD and PLATINUM sponsor display setup in break area.

Each tabletop display includes an 8-foot table with tablecloth and 2 chairs.
Electricity will not be provided unless requested in advance.
WiFi is available.

8 a.m. | KEC Summer Meeting begins

10:30-11 a.m. | Break and NETWORKING

Noon (approx. 90 minutes) — Luncheon and NETWORKING

3 p.m. — Networking following adjournment.

Event attendees will be circulating with a punch card (example below) during the sponsor showcase. Once attendees have visited our Sunday Social, Hotel Key Card and Platinum sponsors in the sponsor showcase they can enter in a prize drawing.

Punches will be provided for each sponsor in the showcase.
